Merchandise Pick up: Saturday 6/17/2023 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Monday 6/19/2023 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Wednesday 6/21/2023 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Electrical/ Plumbing Connections: All Equipment offered in this auction will be will be disconnected, as applicable, by the property owner’s electrician/ plumber, from any plumbing and/ or electrical connection prior to the conclusion of the auction. Removal: Buyer is solely responsible for any and all Disassembly, whether noted on the lot description or not, removal from the wall/ ceiling or other area as applicable following the sale. All merchandise must be removed within the allotted removal periods. Buyers who make large purchases may arrange pickup by appointment on a mutually acceptable date and time, but all merchandise must be removed within 7 days of the close of the auction, or the buyer will forfeit their purchase(s).
