NEW PAYMENT METHOD: Invoices for won items will be emailed Sunday evening directly following the auction. ALL Payments for won items must be made thru Proxibid on the invoice that is emailed to you. We will NOT be accepting payments from ANYONE at Granny’s Auction. If you can’t find your emailed invoice just login to your Proxibid account and find your invoice under My Proxibid and Invoices. Sales tax will now be collected based on your state laws. When paying your invoice please choose method of acquriing items - Local Pickup, Bidder Arranged, or House Arranged shipping based on items description. If you are TAX EXEMPT you must submit your tax certificate directly to Proxibid for approval and removal of tax. We can NOT remove tax at the auction house and we are no longer collecting tax-exempt certificates here. In order to make a tax-exempt purchase, you must provide a valid certificate for the state where the item will be shipped. 1. Click pay Invoice 2. On the Bidder Checkout page, there is a Tax Exempt? link next to the Sales Tax line item and directly under balance due on the order summary. 3. Clicking this link will open a dialog box instructing you to "Add Certificates" if you are tax exempt for this invoice. 4. Clicking Add Certificate will auto-create a message to payments@proxibid.com that pre-populates key information including your Bidder Username, Auction ID, Auction House, etc. and requests that you attach the certificate/proof as a PDF or JPG. 5. Proxibid's Payment Operations team will review the certificate/proof, amend the invoice as necessary, and provide an updated invoice to you within two (2) business days. Please note that tax exemption certificates are stored securely. Tax Exempt Items If you are not tax exempt but believe that the item you’re purchasing should be exempt from tax in your state, please contact the Payments Operations team via payments@proxibid.com Onsite pick up is Mon. & Tues. July 3rd 10am-6pm & July 4th 10am-4pm for paid invoices. We ask that all items be picked up in during these days. We will be closed July 8th-23rd for vacation. All expensive coins & gold jewelry payments will be verified and we may require a copy of your drivers license before shipment.
