NOTICE: Please read the following terms as well as all other Terms of Sale listed on this site. Everything must be PAID IN FULL within two (2) banking days following the close of the sale. All items must be removed NO LATER THAN THUR. AUG. 31st by the close of business.

A physical Inspection is encouraged, if possible. Seller has described all items to the best of their ability and provided several pictures of the Items and/or the paperwork. Any information provided is for CONVENIENCE ONLY. It Is the buyers responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate prior to bidding. Read all descriptions carefully. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or Implied. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyers premium. Be certain of your bid & bid amount before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission, and no refund or exchange rights. If buyer has not responded to seller within 24 hours to make payment arrangements, the credit card on file will be charged, and will be binding. Place your MAXIMUM bids ahead of time to avoid getting outbid in the final minutes of the auction. We are not responsible for network issues, internet lag or refresh issues on your computer or phone.

Everything sells AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties implied or expressed. Neither the auctioneer nor owners shall be liable for any incorrect description, fault, or defect. Everything positively sells to the highest bidder. Payment must be made in full within two (2) business days following the day of sale. No property removed until settled for. Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents or stolen property. All counts are approximate. Announcements made day of sale takes precedence over all printed material. PAYMENT OPTIONS: ACH, Wire Transfer or Credit/Debit Cards. Checks are NO longer accepted. PAYMENT TERMS: Cash, Certified Funds, or Wire Transfers. We also accept all Credit/Debit Cards with an additional 3% Convenience fee is applicable. A 7% Buyers Premium will apply to all online purchases at this auction. ANY PURCHASES $1500.00 OR LESS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RUN WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID. SALES TAX: Mesa, AZ Sales Tax of 8.3% will be applied to your invoice unless we are provided with the proper forms for tax exemption (AZ form 5000A (instate buyers) or AZ form 5000AC (out of state buyers.)

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO: A packaging fee can be added to your invoice BEFORE payment is made if requested. The packaging fee is for packing supplies and time and does not include the cost of shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the shipping department with a FedEx account number for small packages. Other shipping companies can be used (UPS, DHL, USPS) we will provide you with dimensions and approximate weight so you can schedule a pickup and provide us with the labels. Outside package companies are also acceptable. For larger freight items we will provide you with dimensions and approx. weight so you can schedule the trucking company for pickup. Once again, all shipping charges must be set up and paid for on the buyer's account. All items must be removed by the posted deadline, or they will be considered abandoned, and any cost of disposal will be the buyers responsibility.
