Buyers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency from the FFL holder as well as a signed copy of that dealer's FFL. Buyer must be at least eighteen (18) to buy any firearm(s) and at least twenty-one (21) to purchase a handgun. Webster’s makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning condition, the operation of firing, safety to use, safety to store, reliability or working order of any firearm. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased through Webster’s is entirely at the buyer/user’s risk. Webster’s advises every buyer of a firearm, any ammunition or accessory to have it inspected by a gunsmith prior to any use of any kind.
