Successful bidders will be emailed an invoice at the conclusion of the sale.
All Invoices will need to be paid through our office (375 South Johnson, Kahoka, MO) before September 1st @ 4pm. NO PAYMENTS ACCEPTED AT PICKUP LOCATION! No items will be removed without paid invoice.
Payment can be made by cash, check, wire transfer or credit card (3% Fee applies - Must have credit card present).
A $10 wire transfer fee will be applied to any wire transfer payments. (Contact our office for transfer instructions).
Auction Company Discretion: Bidders with less than one year membership with Proxibid and/or first time buyers may be required to pay by certified check or wire transfer.
Auction company reserves the right to hold any items until funds have cleared our bank (this could take up to 10 business days) This also includes certified checks.
Any invoice not paid by September 1st @ 4 p.m. will be reported to Proxibid.
