Items must be picked up on the Tuesday after the auction from 1:00-5:00. The address is 106 Dairy Road, Honea Path, SC 29654. NEW ADDENDUM TO PICKUP: ALL items not picked up during pick up times will incur a $5 transport fee to the gallery. Furniture or large items will be assessed a $10 fee each. If you don't pick up, you may forfeit your items or pay the transport fee. Regarding NON-Paid auction purchases: In the event payment for purchases are not collectible, a dispute will be filed with Proxibid. After several attempts to request payment by the auction house and Proxibid to settle the account without resolution, the customer will be black flagged by Proxibid and you will be denied access to bid on any Proxibid auction until settlement is made. In addition to settlement with the auction house for purchases made an additional minimum reinstatement fee of $25 will be charged by the auction house as an administrative processing and collection fee. If the unpaid purchase is over $75 the minimum reinstatement fee is $50. If original items are no longer available, bidder must pay invoice total plus the reinstatement fee to be cleared to bid again. Blue Dog Treasures reserves the right to continue to block you from their auctions at their discretion. An 18% buyers premium will be added to every purchase with credit card payment. ATG also has fees and we are splitting the difference between buyer and seller so our percentage has to go up. There is a 3% discount for cash if cash payment has been agreed upon. If your credit card fails to process, your items are forfeited and Proxibid will be notified. Please make sure your card is up to date. No chargebacks allowed. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No warranties or guarantees on items. We try to photograph or note defects found. However, some items could not be tested for functionality prior to the auction. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect or ask questions of any items prior to sale. Blue Dog Treasures is not responsible for omissions or errors in the descriptions of any items. Blue Dog Treasures is also not responsible for internet or website connection issues that prevent bidding. Leave a pre-bid just to be on the safe side if internet issues are a problem. Blue Dog Treasures may also add or remove items throughout the auction.
