All items are available for buyer inspections. By placing a bid buyer agrees to pay bid price plus buyer's premium. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warranted. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. All sales are FINAL. Buyers are responsible for checking over the equipment before bidding. We rely on the sellers to provide accurate info about their equipment. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping or trucking. Payment is due before the equipment can leave the lot or 24 hours after the auction ends. There will be a 4% buyers premium on all items with a $1000 cap. We except cash, check, credit or debit card, wire transfer as forms of payment. Equipment must be removed from the lot 30 days after the auction ends. Once we say SOLD you are responsible for your item. Pickup and checkout will be Sunday August 20th 12:00pm-5:00pm Monday August 21st- Friday August 25th 9:00am-5:00pm After these times please call auction company to schedule an appointment.
