In placing a bid, I (bidder) understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that I have entered into a contract with Cuevas Auction. I agree to pay by wire transfer for all merchandise purchased and all taxes that may apply. I will be charged a buyers premium of 10% on the first $2500.00 and 1% thereafter, per item. I further understand that in addition to this Buyer's Premium I will also be charged a 2% Proxibid Internet Buyer's Fee per item. I understand that I must pay in full by wire transfer within 48hours of the end of sale. I further understand that if I do not pay within 48 hours, I will become liable for any and all expenses incurred by Cuevas Auction and the consignor of the said merchandise purchased by me. I further understand that Cuevas Auction cannot be held responsible or liable for any warranties, disclaimants, or liabilities written or implied. ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS,WHERE IS, AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL
