Traditions Auction Co does not run a carfax on any vehicle. It is the responsibility of the buyer to run a carfax if he/she chooses to do so. Traditions Auction Company lists the title status according to what is printed on the title that is provided by the seller/consigner. TAC assumes NO responsibility for theft, fire, loss of equipment left in vehicle, or damage to property left at the auction site. TAC does not provide or carry insurance for any vehicles. TAC does not guarantee factory or dealer warranties. The Seller/Auction shall not be liable for any vehicle sale or repairs made by the Buyer before the title is received by the Buyer.
