Payment must be received 1 day after the auction. Cash, wire transfers, certified funds, check, or credit cards, and must be in U.S. Funds. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with proxibid along with a 5% convenience fee. Title and wire transfer fees & Sales Tax may apply. A $35 document fee on all titled items will apply and a $15 registration fee for all items with registration and lifetime license. All credit card transactions are subject to a 5% convenience fee.

If you have questions on this auction, contact the auction company prior to the day of the auction closing. The buyer’s premium is 10%.
There is no shipping on this auction. You must pickup these items onsite at the auction location.
All property is sold "AS IS", and all sales are final. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bachmann Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in no representations. In no event shall Bachmann Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. No property is to be removed from premises until paid for. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer on the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements.

All items must be removed by Friday, Sept. 15th.
Pickup/Checkout: Saturday, Sept. 9th from 10am to 2 PM.
Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to the buyer’s invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals.
Titled items:
All items with titles will be charged a $35 document fee and all items with lifetime license or registration will be charged $15. This is per item and no exceptions. If you purchase an item with a title and pay with a check, the title will be transferred 10 days after the auction or placed in the mail on the 10th business day after the auction to out of state buyers. Transfers can take place quicker if the buyer pays with cash or with credit card. If you purchase an item with a title delay, make sure to check on the delay time prior to bidding.
