Auction yard is closed November 7th for visitations. There will be a 12% Internet (Buyer) Fee on each item. BIDDING: All bidding is done ONLINE through Proxibid. Maximum bids may be placed, or you may follow the auction and submit your bid(s) incrementally. WARRANTY: 1) Each item sold is AS IS, WHERE IS, Without Warranty. 2) All sales are final! SETTLEMENT: 1) Payment is required within 2 business days of the auction ending. Payments and lot pickup will begin at 9:00 AM on November 8th (Auction yard is closed for visitations Nov 7th). Full payment must be made Thursday at 5 PM following the auction day, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by Accurate Equipment Sales Inc. Credit card supplied at registration may be charged if invoice has not been satisfied by settlement date above. PAYMENT METHODS: 1) Cash 2) Cashier's check 3) Company Check accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. 4) Wire Transfer, there is an $18.00 fee for each domestic wire transfer ($21.00 for International wires). 5) Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted with a 3% convenience fee added. LOT PICK UP: All purchased items must be picked up by close of business on Friday following the auction day. Storage fees will be charged after that date and an appointment for pick-up will be necessary. FEES: 1) 12% Internet (Buyer's) fee on all lots. 2) $100.00 Title Fee on all vehicles. 3) $50.00 document fee is charged on untitled vehicles and trailers. 4) Storage Fees of $50.00 charged per lot, per week, for items left beyond pick-up date. 5) Loading, Shipping and Handling fees may be charged as appropriate and agreed. TAXES: 1) Georgia Sales Tax of 8% will be added to your purchase price. Exemptions for a valid sales tax Resale Certification number or GATE Card. GATE Cards are not valid for vehicle purchases. Out of State Resale Purchasers must submit a GA Dept of Revenue Form ST-4 to avoid Georgia Sales Tax. 2) Georgia TAVT Tax (7% as of July 1, 2023) is due at the time of purchase on all vehicles. TAVT Tax is not charged if you are not a Georgia Resident. LOT DESCRIPTIONS: All information provided as description for lots is based on best available information and is for reference only. LOT INSPECTION: The sales location (2600 Hwy 301 South, Register, GA) will be open for inspection of lots on the Thursday, Friday, and Monday immediately before the auction date. Inspection hours are 9AM to 5PM. Vehicles and equipment may be started but not driven during this time. Keys are available in the office.
