Janzen Auctioneer's provides internet bidding to a service to the buyer providing both internet and live bidding, and bidder understands that internet bidding may or may not faction correctly there day of auction, with no claim being directed towards Janzen Auctioneer's if this function does not work correctly on the day of the sale. Proxi internet bidders who want to make certain there bid isn't missed should leave a max bid 48 hrs prior to auction day.
