All invoicing will be done through Proxibid. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card for any invoice under $500, money order or wire transfer. All invoices over $500 will need to be paid by money order, certified check or wire transfer. Please make payments out to Joel Pulley. Nebraska residents will have to pay 7% sales tax on the total including buyer's premium and shipping charges unless you provide your tax exempt information. For invoices under $500, we will be using ATG Pay. You will pay your invoice that you receive through Proxibid with your credit card if it is less than $500. Please notify us as to how you will be paying your invoice if it is over $500. We do ask that you pay your invoice immediately.

The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interests of his clients, the seller. All announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over printed matter.
Five Star Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions.
