Payment
A 12% buyer's premium will be charged Internet bidders (10% buyer’s premium will be charged on site bidders). Successful Internet bidders will be required to increase their deposit to 10% of the “contract purchase price”, within 24 hours, which will be a non-refundable earnest money deposit. Balance due at closing within 45 days. If the purchaser fails to close on the property according to the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. The Property is offered “as is, where is, with all faults”, there will be no contingencies. Successful bidder will be required to sign the offer to purchase. Property will be sold subject to owner confirmation. A $50,000.00 refundable deposit will be required for registration to bid on Tract 56 (The Stagg Property), and a $25,000.00 deposit will be required to register to bid on the balance of the property.
