2008 VALK SNOWPLOW - TWO-WAY

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 12% buyer premium of sale price and 5.3% VA Sales Tax. Final payment must be received by 4 p.m. next business day. All items must be paid in full before removing from auction property. A $10 (per day) storage fee will be charged if item is not removed from auction grounds within 10 calendar days of sale date--Day 1 is sale date. The registered bidders name will appear on any and all paperwork necessary to register and title vehicle purchased. Paperwork is done immediately upon purchase and CANNOT be changed. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all prior advertisements. The auction is not responsible for errors or omissions in the handout. Loading/Unloading/Disassembly/Securing of Cargo/Equipment is the BUYERS responsibility. Auction Employees will provide help only as needed per direction of owner. AUCTION COMPANY/EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES/ACCIDENTS.
