TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1) There will be a 10% Buyer's Fee on each item. 2) Each item sold is AS IS, WHERE IS, Without Warranty. 3) All sales are final! 4) There will be a $100.00 Title Fee on all Vehicles 1986 and newer. Minnesota Tax of 6.5% is due at the time of purchase on all titled vehicles purchased by Minnesota residents. Tax is not charged if you are not a Minnesota Resident. 5) A $50.00 document fee will be charged on all un-titled vehicles and trailers. 6) Payment in full for purchase is required within 2 business days of Auction Day. We accept cash, cashier's check, good personal or company check or wire transfer (add $18.00 wire fee). Visa, MasterCard are accepted with a 3% Processing Fee added. 7) Minnesota Sales Tax of 7.375% will be added to your purchase price unless you have a valid sales tax exempt form. 8) All items purchased must be removed from Auction Site by November 13th. Items remaining past November 13th will incur storage fees of $35.00 per week. 9) ANYTHING NOT ABLE TO BE REMOVED BY November 13th MUST BE APPROVED BY RS AUCTION SERVICE. 218-639-9802.
