Payment
- Successful bidders will be emailed an invoice at the conclusion of the sale
- No Load Out Day of Sale
- All payments will need to be made prior to pickup.
- Payment can be made by cash, check, wire transfer or credit card (3.5% Fee applies - Must have credit card present).
- Cashier will be onsite Friday Dec. 15th 9a.m.- Noon. and Saturday Dec. 16th 9a.m.- Noon at 47922 State Hwy V, Rutledge, MO or payments can be made at our office (375 South Johnson, Kahoka, MO)
- Additional $20 transfer fee per gun will be added to final statement. This applies to all guns even when transfer is not required.
- A $10 wire transfer fee will be applied to any wire transfer payments. (Contact our office for transfer instructions).
- All invoices must be paid by Noon on Saturday, December 16th.
- Auction Company Discretion: Bidders with less than one year membership with Proxibid and/or first time buyers may be required to pay by certified check or wire transfer.
- Auction company reserves the right to hold any items until funds have cleared our bank (this could take up to 10 business days) This also includes certified checks.

Buyers must present a paid receipt at time of pick up. All items must be picked up by Noon on Saturday December 16th.
