Please be diligent when watching/bidding, it is your responsibility and obligation to pay for everything purchased on your bidding number, The auctioneer will make additional comments or corrections during the sale be sure to listen to the auctioneer. Once you are approved to bid you are agreeing to all of our terms. The sale order will be updated the day before the auction. Make sure to check the morning of the auction to see where the items you want to bid on are located. We strongly encourage and recommend that you inspect all items prior to bidding. Each item is sold as is and where is with no warranty expressed or implied unless otherwise noted. Buyers will be held responsible for their purchases. If you are the high bidder at the auction, you are the buyer period. You cannot inspect the item after the auction to renegotiate. If you are unsure about the item do not bid RG Mason auctions and it's employees are not in the business of intentionally misrepresenting equipment or misleading buyers with descriptions or pictures. The catalog was put together by humans and therefore may contain errors. We try to the best of our ability to give accurate information but any and info are subject to error. Any errors made in picturing or describing items does not negate the buyer;s responsibility to pay for their purchase or void the buyers agreement. The auctioneer makes announcements at the beginning of the auction, please make sure you have the audio on so you know the details of the auction before it starts Invoices will be emailed on Sunday Morning after the auction, and you must remit payment by Tuesday Jan 2nd, if you need wiring instructions please give us a call. If you do not call use by Tuesday at 5pm than your credit card that is hooked to your account will be charged on Wednesday Jan 3rd. All items must be removed by Friday Jan 5, 2024 unless special arrangements are made with RG Mason Auctions.
