Bidder agrees to indemnify Donnelly Auctioneer and Appraisal Service against any claim if sales tax is not collected on bidder's purchases. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he or she initiate a charge back on his or her credit card. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted by calling the auction company prior to shipping. All shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. NO OVER SEAS SHIPPING. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
