In placing a bid, I (bidder) understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that I have entered into a contract with Cuevas Auction. I agree to pay by credit card (3% additional fee applies) for all merchandise purchased and all taxes that may apply. I will be charged a buyers premium of 10%. I further understand that in addition to this Buyer's Premium I will also be charged a 2.5% Proxibid Internet Buyer's Fee per item. I understand that I must pay in full within 48hours of the end of sale. I further understand that if I do not pay within 48 hours, I will become liable for any and all expenses incurred by Cuevas Auction and the consignor of the said merchandise purchased by me. I further understand that Cuevas Auction cannot be held responsible or liable for any warranties, disclaimants, or liabilities written or implied.
