Property is open to public inspection. We strongly suggest you attend our auction preview Friday 4-19-24 and Saturday 4-20-24 9am to 6pm before the auction to personally inspect the items you are interested in. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition of the item before buying it. Bidders who bid offsite and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledges that they are not able to inspect item as well as they would in person. All bids are final. Account user is responsible for all bids placed whether intentional or unintentional. Bidder is responsible for all users on the account. After a bid is placed it is non-refundable. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final. Renwick’s Auctioneering will not be held responsible for any missed bids. We are not responsible for any damage to the item before or after it has been sold. Renwick’s Auctioneering is providing internet live bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the sale. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Renwick’s Auctioneering or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Online catalog is a guide only. Renwick’s Auctioneering reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots or delete lots. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements but do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of the sale. Nothing removed until settled for. Any lots or partial lots that are not claimed within 15 days of check out will be considered abandoned and be reclaimed by Renwick’s Auctioneering and be sold for storage cost unless arrangements have been made between the buyer and Renwick’s Auctioneering.
