Garner & Associates are acting as agents and agents only. We are not experts in this area. However, we will describe the items to the best of our limited knowledge. All items selling with no warranty or guarantee. By bidding buyer agrees to all terms and conditions. Buyer agrees to accept all items all charges for a winning bid placed on the credit card associated with your account, and you agree you will not attempt any charge back, contest, or dispute any amount for a winning bid that the auctioneer charges to your credit card. The auctioneer is not obligated to issue you a refund if you are unable to pickup and remove your items during the published removal times. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell, without notice any item that is not completely paid in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Any item remaining after the published removal time will be considered abandoned property.

Pick-up times: Thursday (4/11/24) from 4:00PM to 6:00PM or Saturday (4/13/24) from 11:00AM to 2:00PM. Please do not show up at the last minute to begin loading. Please be sure you can pickup your purchases during the allotted days. We do not have boxes, wrapping paper, ladders, forklifts, or personnel to assist in loading. Please honor the pickup times.
The BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL, please bring the appropriate tools and personnel.
