After several attempts to request payment by the auction house and Proxibid to settle the account without resolution, the customer will be black flagged by Proxibid and you will be denied access to bid on any Proxibid auction until settlement is made. In addition to settlement with the auction house for purchases made an additional minimum reinstatement fee of $25 will be charged by the auction house as an administrative processing and collection fee. If the unpaid purchase is over $75 the minimum reinstatement fee is $50. If original items are no longer available, bidder must pay invoice total plus the reinstatement fee to be cleared to bid again.
