Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility. All purchases must be picked up during the scheduled date and time listed in each auction. Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any damages to or loss of items not picked up during the scheduled date and time even if Hampton House Auctions agrees to hold your purchase for a specified time for a later pick up. Hampton House Auctions may impose a holding and/or transport fee for any item at their discretion per auction. Furthermore, Hampton House Auctions reserves the right to dispose of any merchandise being held for a buyer if they feel sufficient time has passed and the buyer has not picked up the merchandise. NON PAID AUCTION PURCHASES ***In the event payment for purchases are not collectible a non-paid customer report will be filed with Proxibid the following day of scheduled pick up. After several attempts to request payment by the Auction House and Proxibid to settle the account and no payment is made customer will be BLACK FLAGGED by Proxibid and you will be denied access to bid on any Proxibid Auction until settlement is made to the auction house and reported to Proxibid. In addition to settlement with the auction house for purchases made an additional minimum reinstatement fee of $25 will be charged by the Auction House as an administrative processing and collection fee. If the unpaid purchase is over $75 the minimum reinstatement fee is $50.
