PAYMENT POLICY

All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Hampton House Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Hampton House Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Hampton House Auctions is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hampton House Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed auction. Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Hampton House Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All buyers are responsible for picking up their purchases marked Local Pick Up Only and to bring their own help for the removal of furniture or large heavy items. Also buyers are to bring their own packing supplies for removal of fragile items or group lots. Furthermore, Hampton House Auctions is not responsible for any damage to any merchandise purchased should the buyer receive any assistance from any person affiliated with Hampton House Auctions to remove, load or assist caring out any merchandise for the buyer whether buyer has requested assistance or not. Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility. All purchases must be picked up during the scheduled date and time listed in each auction. Hampton House Auctions will not be responsible for any damages to or loss of items not picked up during the scheduled date and time even if Hampton House Auctions agrees to hold your purchase for a specified time for a later pick up. Hampton House Auctions may impose a holding and/or transport fee for any item at their discretion per auction. Furthermore, Hampton House Auctions reserves the right to dispose of any merchandise being held for a buyer if they feel sufficient time has passed and the buyer has not picked up the merchandise. Hampton House further reserves the right to charge a storage fee to the buyers card on file with Proxibid for any merchandise not picked up or for shipping the merchandise to the buyer at the buyer's expense. NON PAID AUCTION PURCHASES ***In the event payment for purchases are not collectible a non-paid customer report will be filed with Proxibid the following day of scheduled pick up. After several attempts to request payment by the Auction House and Proxibid to settle the account and no payment is made customer will be BLACK FLAGGED by Proxibid and you will be denied access to bid on any Proxibid Auction until settlement is made to the auction house and reported to Proxibid. In addition to settlement with the auction house for purchases made an additional minimum reinstatement fee of $25 will be charged by the Auction House as an administrative processing and collection fee. If the unpaid purchase is over $75 the minimum reinstatement fee is $50. If the original purchased items in question are no longer available, bidder will pay moneys lost by auction house for non payment plus the reinstatement fee to be cleared to bid again. (This includes commission and buyers premium the auction house would have received if paid as terms and conditions state). Hampton House Auctions reserves the right to continue to block you from their auctions only after settlement has been made at their discretion. SHIPPING & HANDLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS FOLLOWS Hampton House Auctions will charge a handling fee for packing and transporting merchandise, materials used to pack items and actual cost of shipment including Insurance & Tracking. ALLOW FOR UP TO 3/4 WEEKS FOR SHIPMENT, 3/5 WEEKS FOR LARGE ORDERS WITH A LOT OF GLASS ITEMS. Handling fee will range between $5-$10 depending on size of packing job. Packing material is a separate charge not included in handling plus the credit card processing fee. Most items will be shipped by USPS as Priority or Flat Rate Packaging or FED-EX (whichever is least expensive based on size, weight and distance) ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED, TRACKING, PACKING MATERIALS USED AND HANDLING. PURCHASES $100 AND OVER WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Hampton House reserves the right to have your order shipped by USPS or FedEx depending on size & contents. All merchandise will be shipped by the least expensive means as possible to get you order to you safely. SHIPPING COST WILL BE CHARGED PRIOR TO ACTUAL SHIPMENT. IN THE EVENT WE ARE UNABLE TO COLLECT PACKING AND SHIPPING COST, BUYER AGREES PURCHASES ARE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND AND ALL PAID MONEYS TO BE APPLIED TO CONSIGNOR PAYMENTS, PACKING MATERIAL AND TIME.
