Appointment instructions will be emailed to all successful bidders. The home is still occupied, and we have a hard deadline of 4 pm on 03/10/2024 to pick up all sold items. Any items not picked up or having shipping arrangements made by the buyer will be deemed abandoned. All invoices must be paid before pick-up.
