Any payment not received will be charged to the card on file five business days after the sale concludes without a written arrangement with the auctioneer. Failure to meet payment arrangements will be turned over to ProxiBid. Items become the sole responsibility and property of the purchaser when auctioneer completes the sale of the item when the bid is accepted by the auctioneer.
