Everything is Sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Buyers are responsible for purchases when the auctioneer says "SOLD". The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All sales are Final. All purchases must be paid for day of sale. Announcements by Auctioneer take precedence over printed matter. There will be an additional 2% fee for Online Bidding. Pick up and loading of purchased bid property is solely at the risk of the bidder/ buyer. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any damage. WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECK (OVER 2,500 NEEDS A BANK LETTER) WIRE TRANFER, MAJOR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD (3% FEE APPLIES) IF YOU DO NOT PAY WITHIN 5 DAYS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION THERE WILL BE A 2% FEE PER DAY LATE FEE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE. THIS IS NOT PERMISSION TO WAIT 5 DAYS TO PAY. INVOICE IS STILL DUE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.
