By bidding at this auction, Bidders agree to be bound to the terms and conditions at this auction. No Refunds for any reason. Registration: All bidders must register their information such as name, address, and phone numbers prior to being accepted at this auction. Must have a current credit card on file. (Credit cards will NOT be charged automatically) Any questions please feel free to contact Auction Company at 828-593-9679 Buyer's Premium: Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc will charge and retain the 16% Buyers Premium Payment: Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express to be accepted at this auction. Wire Transfer will be accepted if the buyer Notifies Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc. at 828-593-9679 for a wire transfer information sheet. Online Invoices to be Paid in Full by Friday, May 10th, 2024, by 5:00 pm. Sales Tax: Sales tax of 7% will be charged to each invoice. Buyers must email a certificate of resale prior to the close of lots to Payments@Proxibid.com. Shipping: Shipping is Available. Please contact Auction for help with Shipping. Paid invoices will need to be provided at time of Pickup before removing any items. Picking up Items Purchased: No items to be removed prior to Auction ending and payment is received in full. Pickup Dates are as follows: Friday and Saturday, May 10th - 11th, 2024 from 10 am till 6 pm. All items inside the building to be removed by Saturday, May 11th, 2024, unless other arrangements have been made with Auction Staff. Large Salvage items outside Motor Homes, Campers and Mobile Homes will have 60 days to remove these items. These items can be salvaged on the Auction site or pulled off site. Must be Removed by July 6th, 2024.
