That is between you and the shipper. Glass items will be shipped using UPS who will package them and ship them. 5. If buyer fails to make payment good in full immediately following the sale the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, Re-Sell such property at public or private sale and buyer shall be required to pay any loss or expense incurred therein, including attorney fees and court cost. Any bidder buying for Resale, must have their 11-digit Texas Sales Tax Number or other State Sales Tax Number on file prior to the start of this Auction or you will be charged tax UNLESS you are shipping your items OUT-OF-STATE then no tax will be charged. 9. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to all on-line purchases. Example: If an item sells for $100.00, then add 10% =$15.00=$115.00. Buyer pays sales tax on total. 12. Deadline for Removal: SMALL ITEMS:MONDAY, AUGUST 23, 2010 - 4pm. FIXTURES/SHELVING: THURSDAY, AUGUST 26, 2010 - 4PM.
