Descriptions given us were deemed from reliable sources and therefore used. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY REASON will be given. Counts on specific items such as utencils, dishes, etc. represent an approximate count and are not guaranteed. 4. You may NOT pick up any item without a Paid Invoice AND one of our personnel being with you. We will ship items F.O.B Corpus Christi, Tx And a SEPARATE CHARGE will be added to your credit card for shipping and handling. We assume NO LIABILITY on any glass items Shipped. That is between you and the shipper. Glass items will be shipped using UPS who will package them and ship them. 5. PAYMENT: ONLINE BUYERS MUST HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO BID: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. NOTICE: YOUR CARD WILL BE RUN AT $250.00 INTERVALS. BUSINESSES, PLEASE CALL IF YOU WISH TO MAKE BANK WIRING OR OTHER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS - WE WILL BE GLAD TO WORK WITH YOU. PAYMENT IN FULL MUST BE MADE DURING OR WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION EACH DAY. 6. If buyer fails to make payment good in full immediately following the sale the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, Re-Sell such property at public or private sale and buyer shall be required to pay any loss or expense incurred therein, including attorney fees and court cost. (Chapter 2 of The Texas Business and Commerce Code). 7. This auction sale IS subject to the Sales Tax Laws of this State. 8. Any bidder buying for Resale, must have their 11-digit Texas Sales Tax Number or other State Sales Tax Number on file prior to the start of this Auction or you will be charged tax UNLESS you are shipping your items OUT-OF-STATE then no tax will be charged. 9. The Auctioneer is in full control of the Auction and reserves the right to settle any dispute between bidders. 10. Bid Increments are at the discretion of the Auctioneer. 11. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to all on-line purchases. Example: If an item sells for $100.00, then add 10% =$15.00=$115.00. Buyer pays sales tax on total. 12. Deadline for Removal: SMALL ITEMS:MONDAY, AUGUST 23, 2010 - 4pm. FIXTURES/SHELVING: THURSDAY, AUGUST 26, 2010 - 4PM. NOTICE: We will work with anyone, within reason, in the time and removal of these items.
