Payment
Wiring instructions will be e-mailed to any bidder purchasing $5,000.00 or more. All other transactions will be charged immediately following the auctions end using the credit card used to register to bid. Payments are made by Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer. Overseas bidders will be required to wire U.S. funds prior to shipment. Wire must be received within 24 hours after the end of the auction. We reserve the right to require a bank wire in some instances due to volume or location. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the auctioneers escrow account.
**SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS**
Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. will offer shipping at the Buyer’s expense. Buyer is responsible for shipping, insurance and handling charges of all items purchased. Shipment will be at actual cost plus handling fee per shipment. ALL items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. There will be NO exceptions regarding shipping providers. Lots will be combined, if possible, for fewer shipping, insurance and handling fees. There will be two (2) charges to your credit card- one charge for the auction purchase, buyer’s premium and sales tax; the second charge will be the Iron Horse Auction Co., Inc. handling fee and cost of shipping. Iron Horse Auction Company Inc., does not employ professional coin graders. All grades noted are derived from marks on specific coins or provided by the seller. Auctioneers make no representation as to their validity or accuracy. Bid and buy on your own opinion of grade and condition.
Purchases become the responsibility of, and shall be, and remain at the risk of the purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his/her bid. It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to insure his/her purchases immediately.
