serial #13889, 16 ga., 26” barrels choked WS-1 and WS-2 with bright excellent bores and 28” Model 21 barrels marked modified and full with added screw-chokes and bright excellent bores. The sides and belly of the frame have been beautifully custom engraved with light foliate scroll offset by punch-dot shading. The triggerguard is similarly adorned with a bouquet of flowers, and there is a rosette on the top lever. The 26” barrels retain about 90% professionally reapplied blue with some scattered softened pinprick pitting beneath the finish and light wear to gray on the sides of the barrels. The 28” barrels are in similar condition retaining closer to 80-85% reapplied blue. The balance of metal surfaces retain about 97% reapplied blue with some wear on the forend release. The barrel markings remain mostly crisp with a few edges slightly-softened; the underside of the frame is marked “SKEET.” The 26” barrels along with the forend are serialized to the frame; the 28” Model 21 barrels have been numbered to the gun. The 26” barrels are marked on the left breech, while the 28” barrels are marked along the top. The checkered walnut pistolgrip buttstock rates about excellent as professionally restored, while the forend rates very good with a fine crack on the right edge and some minor handling marks; there is attractive feathercrotch figure on the buttstock. The ejectors are robust, the barrels lock up tightly with some light visible at the right breech of the 28” barrels. The choke tubes resist removal and gauge modified in both. Included is an aluminum hard case. A handsome example of a Model 21 Skeet with some fine custom engraving. (23A11464-81) {C&R} (3000/5000)

GUIDELINES FOR FIREARM PURCHASES • All Federal, State and Local firearms laws will be observed. FFL holders may take possession of any firearm on day of sale when they present a signed copy of their Federal Firearms License. New Hampshire residents over the age of 21 may take possession of any firearm on day of sale providing the proper paperwork is filled out and the transfer has been approved either through the NH State Police or the FBI NICS System. While most NICS and State approvals are immediate, approvals could take up to 3 days. Most non-residents may take possession of long guns on day of sale after completing the proper forms and successfully completing a NICS check; modern handguns will need to be shipped to an FFL holder in the buyer's home state. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges and all items must be paid for on day of sale. Bidders should be familiar with their local and state laws as Amoskeag Auction Co., Inc. will not be responsible for any parties purchasing items which may not be possessed in, or shipped, to their state of residence.
