Please sign up for your time for pickup. All items must be removed by the specified date without exception. If arrangements need to be made for any time for pickup other than the scheduled pick up date a fee of $50 will be paid to the auction staff for meeting at a different pickup time. Removal Requirements: Buyer is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, insurance, etc. needed for safe and proper removal of purchased items in compliance with applicable laws/regulations.Auction personnel cannot lift or help with moving or loading. Any items not removed within 10 days will be donated or resold. Please bring a copy of invoice & a State ID to pick-up items. As-Is Condition: All items are sold "As-Is, Where-Is" without warranty on condition or missing parts. Descriptions are provided in good faith as opinions only. Bidders are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding. Sales Final: All sales are final. No returns, refunds or bid cancellations will be allowed. Technology Disruptions: The auctioneer will not be held responsible for any technology outages, delays or disruptions beyond its control that may impact the auction.
