We will not allow refunds for any other reasons, including disagreement over stated condition (E.G. good condition vs fair condition), unlisted flaws, stains, minor/cosmetic damage or appearing to operate properly in our care, but not functioning upon receipt. If an item is ineligible for shipping to your address, you must still pay for the item in full. If you win a firearm that is eligible to be owned in your state, but the magazines would violate that state law, then the firearm will be shipped to you and the magazines forfeited; low capacity magazines may be purchased from the auction house and shipped with your firearm if desired.
