Please be aware that you are about to participate in the auction of personal property, a type of sale much different than your purchase of items at a retail store or from another type of merchant. Auctioned items are purchased “as is”, with no return option.
All sales are final. Acceptance of a final bid by the auctioneer constitutes a legal, binding sales contract, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated herein.
1. Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers (CYA) has put forth every effort, in preparing the advertising for this auction, to provide accurate descriptions of all items, it is ultimately the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, serviceability or any other determinative factor prior to bidding. Although CYA endeavors to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it, we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold “as is, where is” and not subject to return under any circumstances. Rely only upon your own inspection/judgment, as that will be the only assurance you will have as to the condition or quality of the property or the number of items in the auction lot you may purchase. NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON WILL BE MADE.
