Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances are present, heavy equipment is being operated and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the auction site at any time shall be there at his own risk, with notice of the condition of the premises and the activities thereon and Bidder shall so advise his agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against Auctioneers, their agents, employees, or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. *Note: Odometer & hour meters are only as per the meter when viewed-Please view and make your own determination. DISCREPENCIES: In account of ANY discrepancies, the auctioneer and the clerk’s record keeping will be the FINAL judgment. TITLE POLICY: There is a $35.00 handling charge per titled vehicle and/or trailer on all titled items. When filling out the title information ---- make sure your name and address are correct at that time. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CORRECT ANY ASSIGNING MISTAKES! J.G. If a title cannot be supplied for an item that was sold with a title, the Purchaser is entitled only a refund of the purchase price upon return of item. Any work done on the vehicle before receipt of the title is AT YOUR RISK! ALL TITLES (as settled upon) will be certified mailed AFTER 10 banking days!
