PUBLIC RULES AND REGULATIONS Payment is expected at the time of the sale, so do not bid if you cannot pay. There is a 3.5% fee charged for all credit cards & debit cards. • It is the Sellers responsibility to correct any error made by the auction as to announced conditions. • It is the Buyers responsibility to watch lights and listen to announced conditions. • Auction Management has the right to refuse service to anyone. • Auction Management has the right to refuse any vehicle for sale. • Diesel conversions must be announced or risk turn down by the buyer. • All vehicles bought or sold at Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC Have 3 days to remove vehicles or will incur a $15.00 storage fee per day per vehicle. Auction sale day is day 1 • Any vehicles left on the property after 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be sold. • Motor home sellers must announce the year of the chassis and year of the unit from the auction block. • All salvage or previous salvage vehicles must be announced at the block or buyer will not be obligated to the purchase and a fee of $300.00 will be charged to seller. This includes flood damage, frame damage, police cars, and municipal vehicles. • You must have a valid driver’s license to participate in the Auction. • Any Seller must have the a drivers license that matches the title. • NO OPEN TITLES!!! • All Titles will be processed in the Purchasers name only NO EXCEPTIONS • Ad valorem taxes will be added based on 7% of sale price • All Purchases will be paid for at the front office within an hour of winning bid. • All fees for all services are due on the day of sale or fees will be deducted from the sale proceeds. • Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC does not guarantee any vehicles and all are sold “AS IS” • Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC is not responsible for any theft, or any damage that may occur after being left at the Auction. • Remove all personal belongings before checking in your vehicle for consignment. • Please make sure all vehicles are at the auction at 3:00 p.m. the day prior to the sale. • TMU vehicles must have a title present or call the miles over 100,000 and true miles unknown. (1985 and older) • Georgia Auto/RV Auction LLC is not responsible for titles lost in the mail, if you would like to pick up your title, notify staff and they will hold the title here for you. • It is the buyer’s responsibility to find out if an “IF” bid was accepted. “IF” bids are binding until the following Monday at 12:00 pm. If the seller announces that the vehicle will be sold on an “IF” bases the bidding concludes and the buyer may reject the sale at the block or accept the “IF” sale and be obligated to purchase the vehicle. • No vehicles will be offered for sale without a clear VIN Plate. • Under No circumstances shall any Seller or Buyer stop payment on a Credit Card purchase Public Auction Buyer Fees Georgia Auto/RV Auction, LLC charges a flat 10% fee for all items bought through the auction with a maximum fee of $2500.00 Other Buyer Fees That May Apply Tag & Title Fee: $75.00 Credit Card Fee: 3.5% Simulcast Fee 3.5% Wire fee $25.00
