As soon as you are declared the winning bidder, you are responsible for the item purchased. Remove purchases as soon as possible. Make arrangements with staff if to be left past auction day. Items left over 7 days will be charged storage. Forklift Fee of $5 to $10 for each pick or loaded item. Please pay driver at time of loading. For large quantities, please ask for loading rates. Purchaser will pay all legal sales tax, unless exemption requirements are met. If special arrangements need to be made please do that with authorized auction personnel. Items we have not received shipping information for after the deadline (Reasonable amount of time) will be charged $10.00 a day storage. If any check given in payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like) I agree to pay $25 returned check fee and if that check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney's fees incurred, together with all costs suit. Collusion will not be tolerated. In accordance with the Sherman Act it is unlawful to agree not to bid against another buyer, punishable by fines and prison. In no event shall Prime Time Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Prime Time Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Prime Time Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction bidding and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Prime Time Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Prime Time Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 48 hours before the auction begins.
