Terms Of Sale

Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit. Only Oklahoma Ag Exemption permit is accepted for tax removal for ag purchases. No out of state ag exemptions. BUYERS REPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold ,as is, where is, with no guaranties, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. Mileage and hours listed are not verified. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Buy on your own inspection. For online bidders who do not pay within 3 business days of auction will be considered slow to pay and the auction company reserves the right to ban that buyer from bidding at any future auctions. 10 Day Load Out Only!! Items have to be removed by October 19th. Load out will take place for 10 days straight including the weekend. All property shall be removed from the premises by the purchaser at his own risk and expense within the time period announced by the Auctioneer.
