Immediately following the close of the auction, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement to be emailed to address on file. The purchase contract will be signed and returned to the Seller’s attorney either by e-mail, fax or hand delivered to attorney’s office by 4:00 p.m. the day of the auction.
A personal or cashier’s check for 10% of the purchase price must be delivered to the Seller’s attorney by 4:00 p.m. on November 7, 2024. If you prefer to wire the deposit to the Seller’s attorney or title company, you must contact the attorney's office for wire transfer instructions which can only be faxed to you or sent via encrypted e-mail. Wire instructions cannot be sent to you by regular e-mail for security reasons. The wire must be received by the same time the next business day. The balance of the purchase price is due at closing, which will occur on or before December 11, 2024.

Any mineral rights owned by Seller will be conveyed to Buyer at closing. There is a farm lease has been terminated and is open for 2025. All acres noted are +/-, and boundary lines are approximate. The farm will be sold in surveyed acres in 1 tract and in as-is, where-is condition. Owner/Seller will provide a survey. See brochure for full details on terms of sale.
