All purchases not paid for in 5 days will be charged 5% per month with a minimum of $25 a day. 6% sales tax will be charged on all sales, unless purchaser can provide a valid farm or resale tax exemption form. UPDATED INTERNET BUYER'S PREMIUM TERMS : 10% buyer's premium with a $500 cap per item. There will also be an additional 2% Internet Fee with no cap.
