LLC and Bid Equip LLC charge a 10% Buyer's Premium on each item. In addition, there is a 2% Internet Purchase Fee on each item and 6% Sales Tax- unless you are tax exempt and return a completed PA Tax Exemption Form. ** There is NO CAP on the Buyer's Premiums.** Please Bid Accordingly ** There is a $35.00 administrative fee For title work. 2) Applicable State of PA Sales Tax of 6% will be charged on all Lots unless you are exempt from Sales Tax and you provide PA tax exemption form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State of PA. 3) Payment in full must be made no later than November 13th, 2024 in the form Wire Transfer, ACH or Cashier's Check. 4) All purchases must be removed from the premises no later than November 15th, 2024. Storage fees may apply. Servicing the equipment is not included. 10) As a condition to registration and bidding, Buyer agrees that Buyer will not, under any circumstance, initiate a chargeback to Buyer's credit card. Buyer further agrees that Buyer is waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between Buyer and Buyer's credit card company. Should a chargeback be initiated by Buyer, these terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of Buyer's waiver of any chargeback rights.
