We are not here to intentionally misrepresent equipment or mislead buyers with descriptions or pictures. However, there could be errors made in this catalog. Any errors made in describing items or picturing does NOT negate the buyer’s responsibility to pay for their purchases. We make every effort to correct any errors before the lot hits the Auction Block. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure each item meets their needs before placing a bid. ** It is important to listen to all announcements made by the auctioneer during the auction. The announcements made the day of sale will supersede any written descriptions. A $1,500.00 Credit Card Authorization is required to participate in online bidding for this auction. If you are not a successful bidder, your credit card will not be charged, and the hold will be released within 7 days after the Auction Date. **Failure to make payment in full to Bid Equip, LLC will result in Penalty Charges. Regardless of circumstance, failure to pay for the item(s) that you are the successful bidder on will result in a penalty/ no sale/ restocking fee, which is dependent upon hammer amount. This penalty must be paid to Bid Equip, LLC in order to retain your bidding privileges with Shetron Auction & Equipment, LLC, Bid Equip, Proxibid and their affiliated websites. 1) Shetron Auction & Equipment. LLC and Bid Equip LLC charge a 10% Buyer's Premium on each item. In addition, there is a 2% Internet Purchase Fee on each item and 6% Sales Tax- unless you are tax exempt and return a completed PA Tax Exemption Form. ** There is NO CAP on the Buyer's Premiums.** Please Bid Accordingly ** There is a $35.00 administrative fee For title work. 2) Applicable State of PA Sales Tax of 6% will be charged on all Lots unless you are exempt from Sales Tax and you provide PA tax exemption form and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State of PA. 3) Payment in full must be made no later than November 13th, 2024 in the form Wire Transfer, ACH or Cashier's Check. 4) All purchases must be removed from the premises no later than November 15th, 2024. Storage fees may apply. If lots are left on lot more than 30 days, the lots will be resold by Bid Equip, LLC to cover storage fees, etc.- unless previous arrangements have been met. 5) Bidders are held personally liable for any bids made with their Bidding Number. 6) The highest bidder for each Lot shall be the Purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneers shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute or to re-offer the lot for re-sale. 7) The Auctioneer, Bid Equip and Proxibid accept no liability for loss or damage howsoever arising from any Lots not presented for sale. 8) The Auctioneer, Bid Equip and Proxibid have described the Lot(s) in the catalog to the best of their ability and belief. The catalog is a guide only. The Auctioneer, Bid Equip and Proxibid undertake no liability whatever in respect of any faults, deficiencies and errors of any description, oral or printed, nor do they accept responsibility for the authenticity, genuineness, origin, age, condition or quality of any Lot(s) and all statements as to these matters whether contained in the catalog or made orally are statements of opinion only and not to be taken as being or implying a statement or representation of fact. 9) Each and every Lot is sold 'as is, where is'. The Auctioneer, Bid Equip and Proxibid provide no guarantees or warranties (express or implied) in respect of the Equipment contained in the Lot. All representations made by the the Auctioneer, Bid Equip and Proxibid , its servants or agents are to be considered lay opinions only and the Auctioneer, Bid Equip and Proxibid accept no liability for any purchase made by a Buyer in reliance upon them. Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." Buy with the expectation that things will need repaired and you will make the repairs. All items sold with NO warranty written or otherwise expressed. Servicing the equipment is not included. 10) As a condition to registration and bidding, Buyer agrees that Buyer will not, under any circumstance, initiate a chargeback to Buyer's credit card. Buyer further agrees that Buyer is waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between Buyer and Buyer's credit card company. Should a chargeback be initiated by Buyer, these terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of Buyer's waiver of any chargeback rights. This includes a 4% credit card processing fee, if the $1,500 hold on your card is processed. 11) The Buyer agrees to insure the Equipment purchased against all loss from the Auction Date until removal of the Equipment by the Buyer. 12) The Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the additional terms and conditions set forth. ** ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS/ WHERE IS ** THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ON ANY LOTS **
