Payments accepted are cash, money order, cashier's check, or Wire Transfer, & Personal/Business checks up to $5,000. Any Personal/Business Check over $5,000 will only be accepted with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express will also be accepted in person at auction location or through Proxibid with credit card on file. A 3% convenience fee is added to invoice total for all card transactions. No bank drafts or bank counter checks are accepted. The card on file with Proxibid will be processed for anyone not paid by payment deadline. $15 fee for all bank wires must be added to invoice total. Buyer's Premium of 16% will be added on all purchases (ie. $1,000 + $160 = $1,160 (plus notary fee and/or tax if applicable) Sales Tax of 8.7% will be added to the purchase of all taxable items sold. Sales Tax will be collected on final bid amount plus any buyer's premium. Buyers who purchase for resale must present their resale tax certificate prior to payment, however if sales tax is later determined to be due, buyer agrees to bear all the liability of the sales tax for their purchases and remit such tax to the Auction Company and/or sales tax authority. Any vehicle, trailer, etc. having no title and listed as 'Scrap' or 'Parts' will be sold without paperwork and will be a taxable transaction unless otherwise noted. If the lot states the vehicle was 'Runs & Drives' that means at the time of inventory the vehicle was started under its own power or with the use of external jump box, was put into gear, and moved forward. This statement is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle is roadworthy or will be able to start, be put into gear or capable of moving forward/backward at the time of the sale. There is a $ 25.00 notary fee, added at time of invoice, for all vehicles, boats & trailers and/or any other item with title or that require a bill of sale. A valid photo I.D. is required to complete notary transactions at time of purchase. Title work will usually be available on auction day or 1-3 days after payment is received. If purchaser is from out of state, once payment is received, a copy of title and bill of sale for each applicable item will be emailed within 48 hours to purchaser for signature. Upon receipt of these copies back by the Auction Company the original titles/bills of sale will then be sent by priority mail to the purchaser within 14 business days. All plastic pallets, basket crates, folding tables used to display items are not included in the lots, they are the property of the Auction Company and/or seller, unless otherwise stated. Removal times depend on the location of the item. Any items not removed within the stated removal dates/times are considered abandoned and may be resold/disposed of without notice to buyer and all monies from any resale of unpaid items and/or abandoned items shall be retained by Auction Company/Seller.
