White Star Motorsport Auction is providing this live internet auction combined with our live on-site auction as a service to our buyers throughout the country. Bidders acknowledge and understand that the internet auction service may or may not function properly the day of the auction due to internet service interruptions or other technical problems outside the control of the White Star Motorsport Auction. Bidders shall hold harmless the auction company and its employees if the internet auction service fails to work correctly before or during an auction. Buyers acknowledge that the internet bidding platform may not be able to keep pace with the auctioneer. Our auctions are quick paced, so we remind you not to wait until the last second to try to bid as your bid may not be received in time to be acknowledged and accepted. INSPECTION: Bidders are solely responsible to inspect all items prior to bidding and/or buying the items. We strongly suggest that buyers do an inspection. Some items are like new. Some items are in poor condition. Some items run, some do not. Some items may be missing parts or have other deficiencies. All items are sold in as-is, where-is condition with no warranties or guarantees of any kind either expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WILL BE ENFORCED. There are no refunds on any purchases. Items sold with a bill of sale only have no titles and no registrations. We can not get titles or registrations for these items. REMOVAL OF PURCHASES Buyers are responsible for picking up their items at our auction facility or making arrangements with your own shipping company at your expense. Items must be paid for in full prior to being released to buyers. INVENTORY: Sellers consign items into our auction facilities right up to the time the auction starts. Therefore, it is not possible for us to provide internet bidding on every item in the auction. Internet bidding is provided on the items arriving earlier during auction week. If you want to be able to bid on all the items in the auction, you need to attend the auctions in person. Sellers include the general public, banks, repossession centers, insurance companies, and dealers. Some items have reserve prices. If the bid price falls short of the reserve, the last person bidding has the opportunity to buy the item for the reserve price. If the last bidder does not want the item for the reserve price, the item does not sell. if the last bidder is an internet bidder when the reserve is not met we will give the bidder 15 seconds to buy it at the reserve price. Most the items at the auction do not have reserve prices. QUESTIONS: Please ask questions PRIOR to bidding, as once you are the successful bidder you have entered into a legally binding contract and you will be required to pay for and remove all purchases. AGREEMENT CONTRACT: Each bidder is solely responsible for the use of his/her buyer number and any use by another person is presumed to be with the consent of and contractually binding on the registered bidder. Sellers may have a minimum selling price on some items, although the majority of the items in the auction have no minimums and are sold to the highest bidder. Do not wait until auction day to register to buy, as you may not be approved as a buyer at the last minute or during the auction.
