Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit. Only Oklahoma Ag Exemption permit is accepted for tax removal for ag purchases. No out of state ag exemptions. Titles are mailed certified approx 10 days from sale. All printed information regarding items and this sale are merely a guide and subject to change. Neither the auction company nor sellers shall be liable for errors. BUYERS REPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold ,as is, where is, with no guaranties, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. Mileage and hours listed are not verified. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement.
