NOTICE: Please read the following terms as well as all other Terms of Sale listed on this site. Everything must be PAID IN FULL within two (2) banking days following the close of the sale. All items must be removed NO LATER THAN FEB 20, 2025 by the close of business.

A physical Inspection is encouraged, if possible. Seller has described all items to the best of their ability and provided several pictures of the Items and/or the paperwork. Any information provided is for CONVENIENCE ONLY. It Is the buyers responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate prior to bidding. Read all descriptions carefully. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or Implied. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyers premium. Be certain of your bid & bid amount before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission, and no refund or exchange rights. If buyer has not responded to seller within 24 hours to make payment arrangements, the credit card on file will be charged, and will be binding. Place your MAXIMUM bids ahead of time to avoid getting outbid in the final minutes of the auction. We are not responsible for network issues, internet lag or refresh issues on your computer or phone.

Payment

PAYMENT OPTIONS: ACH, Wire Transfer or Credit/Debit Cards (with an Additional 3% Buyers Premium). Checks are NO longer accepted. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment Must be made in Full within 48 Hrs. of the Closing of the Auction. We only Accept Wire Transfer, ACH and Credit/Debit Cards with an Additional 3% Buyers Premium. A 7% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all purchases at this auction. ANY PURCHASES $1500.00 OR LESS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE RUN WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID. SALES TAX: Mesa, AZ Sales Tax of 8.3% will be applied to your invoice unless we are provided with the proper forms for tax exemption (AZ form 5000A (instate buyers) or AZ form 5000AC (out of state buyers.)
