All sales are final, no refunds, returns, Chargebacks, or exchanges. A 10% buyers premium will be charged on all items sold online in this auction. Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Personal or business checks, or wire transfers accepted with proper ID. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card payments. Items are subject to prior sale. All online sales must be paid in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction or the 1st business day following the auction. Online bidders will be e-mailed invoices after the close of the auction and if not informed within 24 hours otherwise, the credit card on fill will be automatically charged for the total invoice price. Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. Items not picked up day of sale, can be picked up at the auction location by appointment. All items must be removed within 7 days of the auction. All items left after 14 days will be assessed a storage fee of $15 per day per item. Items left for over 60 days will be deemed abandoned and become the property of the auction company. Shipping will be the responsibility and expense to the buyer. Shipping by the auction company is very limited to small parcels only. A $15.00 handling fee plus actual shipping charges will be calculated and a separate invoice will be sent to the buyer for payment before the item is shipped. Larger items requiring transport or LTL freight should be arranged by the buyer, and the auction service will work with the shipping company to facilitate pickup appointment and loading assistance. Richard's Auction Service, its employees, and staff will not be held responsible for any damage or lost items as a result of the shipping company.
