ALL PRICE ARE IN CND$ - Use the Convert Currency tool on the selected item page. 1. Administrative fees and payment terms for equipment acquired from Encan Atlas. For all purchases of equipment acquired at Encan Atlas made at auction or by immediate purchase, the bidder must pay to the auctioneer, for each lot purchased, an administrative fee of : 0 to $9999: 18% rate 10,000 to $100,000: 13.5% rate 100,000 to $200,000: 10% rate 200,000 and over: 8% rate (+$65.00 for all registered vehicles) 1.1. Any lot of equipment acquired at Encan Atlas by the bidder during the auction or by purchase option of less than $10,000, before taxes, must be paid for by the bidder on the same day of purchase as: $5,000 of the amount due on the same day of acquisition and pay the balance within 7 days. Failing to respect these deadlines, the parties agree that the auctioneer may consider, without having to notify the bidder, that the bid of the bidder having enabled him to purchase the(s)/lot( s) equipment during the auction has never taken place and/or that he has never exercised an immediate purchase option and that in either of these situations, the sale is canceled automatically; 1.2. The parties agree to the reservation of title to the effect that the transfer of ownership of the lot(s) of equipment acquired during the auction or by immediate purchase option only takes place when the bidder has handed over to the auctioneer the entire purchase price and that he has to pay the administrative costs as well as the other amounts which may be due under the contract and the taxes. 1.3. The bidder can pay the amounts due by cash, debit card, bank transfer, bank draft (upon verification with your bank) or by credit card, with a maximum of $10,000. A 3% fee applies to any amount paid by credit card since it is processed by a third party. 1.4. Any sum of money owed by the bidder to the auctioneer bears interest at the annual rate of fifteen percent (15%) from the expiry of the period of 30 days following the date on which this sum was due. 2. Taxes Sales taxes are calculated based on your address: Auctions in Quebec: • Québec: 5% TPS ET 9.975% TVQ • PEI, NB, NS, NL : 15 % HST • Ontario: 13% HST • Other Provinces: 5% TPS • Exportation: State or Country taxes 3.
